Genting Hotel Royal Suite
I managed to sneak into the top floor of Genting Hotel's Royal Suite at the top most floor and have a first hand look before it is opened for the public. This suite costs a rental bomb of RM7000 a DAY! That's freaking expensive. With that kind of money, I can travel and holiday in almost any country. Inside the suite, it has all the stand alone and private facilites like personal gym room, sauna, jacuzzi and the open rooftop area for functions. Due to confidentiality, I can only post some pictures of scenery views from that top floor. Nothing much to see and special I would say.

LCD monitor, the way of future?
I just got myself a new LCD monitor to replace my old CRT monitor. Actually I have no reason to change, but my brother has been nagging me for a new monitor to replace his faulty one. Now the question is, can LCD monitor really take over CRT monitor as the mainstream component? It does look great in my room. With bigger screen and brighter color. But when it comes down to gaming, it is unbearable. The image is blur due to ghosting. This is because the response time of LCD is far too slow compared to CRT, and it can't refresh the screen as quick as possible. So the conclusion is: LCD is good for offices, but CRT monitors are here to stay until LCDs can have response time as quick as CRT.
Bukit Tinggi Resort
I had a short visit to Bukit Tinggi Resort which is on the hill next to Genting. This place is famed for its French and Japanese village. I did not visit the French village as I chose the Japanese village instead. To my dismay, there is nothing much to see inside. There are only a few Japanese themed houses, a Japanese restaurant, a spa and the botanical garden. It is really not worth the trip considering the fact that I had to pay RM16 entrance fee, and I only get to see a few houses up there. I even have to pay extra charges if I am to go inside the Japanese themed houses and take photos wearing some Japanese clothings. In the end, I chose to walk outside and snap some pictures. In just 15 minutes time, I had walked the whole village and was out from that place.
